Youth Activities
At VondiConsulting, we believe that empowering young people is essential for creating an innovative, inclusive, and sustainable Europe. Youth are not only the future leaders of our societies but also active contributors to social change today. That is why Vondi places youth engagement at the heart of its mission — developing projects that help young people discover their potential, build intercultural understanding, and strengthen democratic participation.
Through our work within the Erasmus+ framework, VondiConsulting takes part in and supports a wide range of youth-oriented activities that combine learning, creativity, and cooperation. We design and implement initiatives that foster personal growth, active citizenship, and professional development — always guided by the principles of inclusion, sustainability, and collaboration.
VondiConsulting can run or partner in several types of Erasmus+ youth activities:
Youth Exchanges (KA1 for Youth): Groups of young people from at least two countries come together to live, learn, and share experiences through non-formal education, workshops, outdoor activities, and intercultural learning.
Youth Participation Activities: Projects that encourage young people’s involvement in democratic life, civic engagement, and social or cultural participation outside formal education systems.
Training Courses and Mobility for Youth Workers: Opportunities for youth workers, volunteers, and leaders to travel abroad for training, networking, and capacity building, enabling stronger youth support structures across Europe.
Strategic Partnerships and Cooperation Projects: Large-scale collaborations that connect organizations across Europe to exchange good practices, develop innovative tools, and promote excellence in youth work — with VondiConsulting contributing expertise in project design, management, and implementation.
By integrating these activities into our broader project portfolio, VondiConsulting ensures that youth work remains dynamic, impactful, and future-oriented. Our goal is to create environments where young people can learn, connect, and take meaningful action — turning ideas into lasting change.
